Helping People Love Better — One Scholarship at a Time

Since 1983, the mission of the nonprofit PAIRS Foundation has been to make evidence-based relationship skills widely available — helping individuals, couples, families, and communities create lives filled with greater connection, empathy, and love.


We know cost can be a barrier.

We also know the cost of disconnection — in families, relationships, and lives — is far greater.


That’s why PAIRS considers scholarship applications from prospective participants who are committed to growing through our programs but need financial assistance to make that possible.

What Scholarships Support

Scholarships help cover tuition for selected PAIRS programs, including:

  • Warrior to Soul Mate (W2SM): For veterans and military families
  • PAIRS Essentials: A 12-hour experiential class teaching core relationship skills
  • PAIRS Professional Training: A 32-hour hybrid training model combining live training and self-paced learning for professionals who want to share PAIRS in their local communities.


Scholarships typically cover full or partial tuition, depending on need and availability of funds. For in person programs, participants are responsible for their own travel, meals, or lodging unless otherwise noted.


Who Should Apply

You are invited to apply if:

  • You are committed to participating in a PAIRS program but cannot afford the full tuition
  • You are ready to show up, do the work, and bring what you learn into your relationships and community
  • You believe love is a skill — and you’re ready to practice

How to Apply

  1. Complete the Scholarship Application
    Tell us a bit about yourself and how a scholarship would help you participate.
  2. Include Supporting Information
    Include a brief personal statement — a few sentences about what you're hoping to gain and how you’ll use what you learn.
  3. Submit Your Application
    Once received, a member of the PAIRS team will review your application and follow up within 7–10 business days.

Every $250 makes it possible for a veteran or family to access life-changing tools for communication, conflict resolution, emotional healing, and deeper connection.
